What we collect
When you submit the service request form we collect the name, phone number, email address, RV year / make / model, the location where your RV is parked, and the description of the problem that you provide. We also receive whatever you include when you call, text or email us.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, order parts, invoice you, and follow up about the work. We keep records of completed jobs for our own business and tax purposes.
SMS / Text Messaging
Rudy's RV Repair LLC (dba Rudy's RV Repair) collects phone numbers through the Request Service and contact forms on this website.
Customers who check the first consent box receive text messages about appointments, technician arrival, vehicle and repair status, service updates, and invoices. Customers who separately check the second consent box also receive promotional and marketing messages such as service specials and seasonal maintenance reminders.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Customers can get help by replying HELP, calling 888-519-9751, or emailing justin@rudysrvrepair.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Phone numbers and consent records are retained only as long as needed to provide the service and comply with law.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, a phone or scheduling provider, or a parts supplier when an order requires it), and when required by law.
