Using this site
The content here is provided for general information about our mobile RV repair services. Submitting the form or contacting us does not by itself create a service agreement.
Requesting service
A service request is a request for an appointment. Work is scheduled during our business hours, monday–friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Closed Saturday & Sunday. We confirm scope and cost with you before performing work.
Estimates and payment
Any estimate is based on the condition described and what is visible on arrival. Hidden damage or additional parts may change the scope; we will tell you before continuing. Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Access to your RV
You are responsible for ensuring we can safely and lawfully access the RV at the location you give us, including any campground, storage facility or property owner permission that is required.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Program name: Rudy's RV Repair customer text messages.
Program description: Transactional messages about appointments, arrival updates, repair status, service updates, and invoices for customers who opt in; optional promotional messages about service specials and seasonal reminders for customers who separately opt in.
Customers opt in by checking the consent boxes on the website forms.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To cancel, reply STOP at any time. After replying STOP, the customer will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages. To get help, reply HELP or contact 888-519-9751 or justin@rudysrvrepair.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Sarasota County.
